Return & Refund Policy

We hardly ever get returns but..... 
If for any reason you are not happy with our product(s) and intend to send it back, please inform us immediately by email to info@locoparasaxo.com. All returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving. Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition and properly packed, and you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds for returned orders will only be issued after we have received the item(s), and only to the original PayPal account, bank account or credit card that you used when placing your order.
We reserve the right to charge you up to 75% of the order amount for returns not shipped back in a timely fashion. Custom ordered items are not refundable under any circumstances.
